Terrible Experience

Stay away!!! When you look at Jean T review below exactly the same with us. Gave a quote,accepted quote,picked up our furniture then 5 days later while our furniture is still with them they started with the stories. Then there is no more friendly service.Demanded an extra R12 500 eventually scoring R 9000 of us. When our furniture arrived some was broken,damaged,almost everything scratched, boxes was opened and property missing.Some stuff wasn't even delivered.Driver just said maybe its on Jhb. While offloading the staff was standing right on top of somebody else's dishwasher. Omg. I was horrified. We also found out that the insurance offered on the quote is bull. Non existant. I have alot of pictures and videos to share if anybody is interested. I reached out to them,had one response and now they missing in action. It's sad to see how this company and staff operate to make money.Please look at reviews and videos on Facebook. They have blocked me since.
