STAY AWAY FROM EFI!

If I could give a -10 rating I would! This was the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a moving company! I had damages, the truck came 5 hours later than scheduled, the HO guys fought with me regarding what was included and I had to read them the QUOTE they sent me which was accepted! How any office can be this dysfunctional is beyond me. I have rheumatoid arthritis and I paid for packing, but I ended up packing half of the house myself! Just to get these people moving. One word sums up this company - ***********!
