Please do not use this Company!!!!!

EFI Removals - Please do not use this Company!!!!!! They moved us on the 14th of January to Mossel Bay and when they arrived, they told us that they had a bit of an accident with our R40000.00 Dining Room Table. They dropped it and it got badly damage. We immediately phoned John and he said that they will carry the cost and that we need to get someone in Mossel Bay to repair it. He asked us to send him photos and the invoice and he will get the office to refund us for the repairs. We have taken out extra insurance with them that cost us an extra R850.00 to cover us for R150000.00. We got someone to repair the table for us and they charged us R3700.00 and we then emailed the invoice to John. After a week I phoned John and he then told me that he no longer works for the Company and that I need to phone the office. I have phoned the office a couple of times and I have left messages for the owner to phone me back, but they just don’t care, and they aren’t returning my calls. BAD SERVICE AND PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!

Hi there,I must say these are false allegation you have brought up,firstly the insurance you paid for was a ''GOOD IN TRANSIT INSURANCE COVER'' NOT ALL RISK INSURANCE, which covers damages such as collision,fire,water damaged etc, No accident happened ,your table was shaky and broken from the start and you advise the loaders to load it as is,You submitted a blank piece of paper which I believe was written by your self for the amount of R3700 as invoice.. Should you wish us to refund you the Excess you paid ,please email me your banking details and we will gladly do so.
