PATHETIC SERVICE AND COMPLETE ABUSE OF AN ELDERLY WIDOW!

Wish you had a listing which allowed for NO stars! The service we were given BEFORE payment was awesome! The service given once the balance was paid - was NON-EXISTENT! Numerous emails and phone calls have been sent/made with promises of actioning refund within 24 hours - to date nothing. Complaint put in against damage to furniture and also non-delivery of many missing boxes - NO RESPONSE! Enoch and Caleb should be ashamed of themselves! Abusing an elderly widow like this is disgusting! People need to be aware of what to expect when they use these guys - BECAUSE IT'S JUST SO SO SAD! People were left stranded in a home with NOTHING because the driver decided to deliver the following day and not as agreed. This family was left with no food, no beds no nothing and had to be put up in the local hotel! They should really BE ASHAMED of what they have done to that family! You don't take from those who have NOTHING!
