Monumental Incompetence at its worst!!!!!!

If you want to experience utter incompetence and get **** to, this is the removal company for you. I was told the collection would happen at 12 midday only for them to arrive at 6pm, no apology just lies throughout the day. They didn't even take an inventory list so how would you know if your belongings are not delivered???I was moving 350km so I was told my delivery would happen 1st thing the following day. then it became 1pm, then 3pm, then 6pm. Tried to complain to the owner which didn't help as this "wanna be mafia" fed me more lies. All this time I was the one calling for follow up, they just couldn't be bothered. at 8pm my furniture had still not arrived. Everyone in this company just blamed another colleague. My furniture eventually arrived at 10:30pm after I had gone to sleep at relatives after spending the entire day in an empty house with kids of 5 & 3 yrs old. They then delivered furniture items that belonged to someone else and when I told them this, one of the delivery guys told me I should have kept quiet about it , Really??? How many customers lose their belongings with this *********** lot (someone must teach them that's what inventory list and stickers are for) Then we discovered they broke the knob on my washing machine again no concern. After speaking to the owner on the phone I realised why there's no accountability in this joke of a removal company, this fish has really rotten from the head. I deeply regret answering their call when they phoned me after I did a Hippo enquiry and would like to warn everyone against using them, unless you're in the mood for a horrible relocation experience ofcourse.
