LYING ABOUT INSURANCE

We were told they will be there 6am and they only arrived 8:30am. They then chased to get the job done as they had another pick up for 11am. They have damaged goods and I showed them the item after which they said they with discuss this with Caleb. I have subsequently send Caleb photos of other items damaged as well as the one I have showed them and he said he will get back to me but after a few reminders there is still no word from them. My only conclusion is that they **** about the insurance and is trying to avoid a claim. This was one of my conditions because of a previous company that damaged my goods and had no insurance. Caleb confirmed in writing before the move that they do have insurance. Their web address also says the owner is involved but when you phone the owner is now where to be found. My recommendation: do not use this company if goods in transit insurance matter or if you are time bound when you move. the staff however was very friendly and polite throughout the move,
