Insurance a lie! Good damaged. No owner

This company helped us move from Johannesburg to Cape Town on the 1st of May 2019. First off they were over 12 hours late for the original delivery time and landed up delivering at 11 pm at night. They charged us for wrapping our couches and a bed which they did not wrap and caused damages. We paid extra for the “all risk cover”. It was specifically stated that any damages would be paid for or replaced. I specifically went with this company for that reason however when the many damages were pointed out to the manager he has completely ignored us, refuses to take responsibility for the damages and losses incurred during this move, he refuses to give the owners number in order to sort this out and the owner has never been involved even though their website states “ Rest assured as you’ll be dealing with the owner of the business from the start to the finish, and that we’re also fully insured.”. The manager we has been dealing with has been incredibly rude and threatening towards us. He tried sending a **** email to a **** owner to try and scare us off.

2 dining room chairs are damaged beyond repair, a queen bed was damaged and bed legs are missing, a chest of drawers is damaged, HiFi broken, TV cable missing, boxes were damaged and wet and items inside the boxes destroyed.

Do not use this company they are *****s and *****. Their customer service is disgusting and your stuff will get destroyed due to their callous staff and worse still you will not get anything from the insurance you are paying for.
