I DO NOT RECOMMEND

I regret to say that my experience with EFI Removal has been extremely disappointing and distressing. Our items were collected on 13 December 2024 with a promise of delivery within three working days. Instead, we endured over a week of delays, dishonesty, and poor communication. Despite their assurances, the delivery date was pushed back multiple times without clear explanations. We were repeatedly promised updates, but our calls and messages went unanswered for hours or even days. On Saturday, 21 December, we had to go to their warehouse ourselves to get clarity. Only then did we learn that our belongings had been mistakenly delivered to another person, who refused to release them until her own items were delivered. Some of our items were still in the warehouse, raising further questions about the so-called "mix-up." When the truck finally arrived on 22 December, several items were missing: a dining table, a mirror, two paintings, a soundbar, and a carpet. The delivery team initially refused to offload the truck, claiming we hadn’t paid the balance. The company’s representative, Enock, refused to take our calls for over 30 minutes. After much back and forth, we agreed to pay a portion of the balance, and he promised to follow up regarding the missing items. As of today, 3 January 2025, there has been no further communication or resolution. The company continues to ignore our calls and messages. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM.
