Highly disappointing Service

I am so so dissapointed. I had another quote which was marginally higher than theirs but decided to go with Efi as Kaleb promised me the best service. What a disappointment.!!!! They were supposed to pick up on the 29th and deliver on the 1st at our new home in Gonubie. First of all , there was NO mention in my quote of a part load and he came to VIEW the furniture etc BEFOREHAND. I accepted the quote expecting a seanless and easy move. The truck first of all arrived a day early and I sent them packing as I arranged for the 29th. Secondly, the truck arrived one third full already with someone else's stuff. Consequently they were not able to fit all my stuff in and had to call a second truck who left without taking all the stuff. I had to leave the next day leaving some of my items behind with a promise they would be collected later that day. This did not happen and a few days later the agent called and asked why the stuff was still there. After countless calls to Efi it was eventually collected almost a week later. Then my stuff arrived a day EARLIER than arranged and I had to rush to get to Gonubie as my arrangements were for a day later. On arrival of the FIRST truck , countless items were damaged and I received a message from Kaleb saying that on original estimate that it was 25 cubic meters and that my load was actually 55 cubic meters. How is that MY problem. If you did not estimate correctly and quote correctly then surely that is your problme. Granted I had a few more boxes that I originally estimated, But i called BEGFORE the collection to inform them of this and Kaleb kindly said , not a problem and that he was sure they could accommodate me. It is now 9 DAYS LATER and the second load has STILL not arrived and Kaleb is asking for an extra R 12000. REALLY !!!! And refuses to give the contact details for the owner or CEO. I am ready to take this matter legal as so much of my items are damaged to almost beyond repair , including one of my antique cabinets. Don't get caught !!!
