EFI Removals...denying to have received payment

Received a quote from EFI, payment was made in February, Proof of payment emailed to them. Due to Covid lockdown we could not move, now they are saying that they have not received payment. I find this so unprofessional as they payment has been done, there are no follow ups from staff, nothing.
