EFI Removals - Stay away, run

1 Star still seems too much for this company - they made promises and confirmed to collect a specific day and time. After they were late by 30 min I enquired as to where they were and was notified that I moved it to the next day. (Not true). They then said they would be there 3 hours later. Never happened. At 18h00 they again made an excuse. I then suggested that they collect the next morning at 8h00 as Lockdown was still in force, which they excepted. At 9h00 they arrived to collect. On suggesting that the poor service warranted at least a discount they turned nasty. I can only say their service depicts the level of service South Africa is currently getting. Very bad service and the management refused to speak with me, stay away as a good price is also bad service.
