EFI-ing Terrible!

Save yourself time, money and a lot of stress by NOT using EFI. I booked a retirement move across SA well in advance. The deposit was paid to secure my moving date. Right up to the day before the move, we kept in close contact with Caleb. On moving day the truck was a NO SHOW! 30 minutes after the scheduled arrival time, we hadn't heard a word from EFI so we contacted them. After multiple back and forth calls we were informed the truck had "broken down" and they'd let us know the alternative plan. 24 hours of being given the runaround, EFI finally admitted the truck wouldn't be coming at all... And promised us a full refund. It's been 6 months now and just like their truck, the refund still hasn't arrived. Relocating as an elderly widow is stressful enough without adding this debacle and monetary loss to the mix. Move on, just don't count on EFI to be there to help you.
