EFI Furniture Removals damages and loose property

Very poor service. My furniture arrived a day late(after numerous correspondence that it would be arriving earlier). When it did arrive they tried offloading items not belonging to us, that we kept returning. We then found damage to our furniture (lamp legs broken off, lounge with holes in material, lamp covers smashed, deep Scuffing to Wood furniture, Broken back rests of dining chair where the wood was torn out its setting, Dining chair leg broken out of setting). When we asked about our TV cupboard, that was not offloaded, it was stated that we would need to claim that for damage in transit, as it was a total write off(laying in pieces in the other trailer). We had items that was booked in to inventory that was missing(decorative pot, copper table top, cordless headphones, toys, a camping chair, pot plants etc).

I reported and indicated it on the delivery note, and up to today have had no response.

I was told tht goods in transit insurnace was added but if this was the case, why the problem with giving feedback on my ligitimate claim.

It seems either the items was offloaded at other recipients, that did not give back what was not belonging to them(like we did), or it was ****** by employees of EFI. Either way, Management at EFI does not seem to worry, as they have received their payment and are leaving their clients wanting.

I trought people's reviews may be abit over critical, as it sometimes are, but it seems this service provider is wilfully negligent with customers belongs and does not take due care towards consumers rights, for a certain level of service to be rendered, in to account.

Please be mindful of EFI Furniture Removals as they will most definitely take your money, neglect to take care of your property and then ignore your claims....
