Damaged and missing items

It is a pitty there is not an option to give them no stars. I am a firm believer of giving the little guy a chance to make some money. I contacted Enoch from EFI and was sent a quote of +/-R5000.00 to have my furniture moved from Johannesburg to George. They sent an Hyundai H100 to collect my furniture which way to small. While i was speaking to Enoch from EFI on the phone the guys he sent was going through my boxes to see what was inside them. I then chased them away and refused for my stuff to be transported by them. The next day Enoch arranged for a truck to stop and they started loading my items. I was told in writing my items will be delivered by the end of the week. 5 days from when it was collected. Friday came end went with no response from Enoch, at this stage all he did was ignore my calls and ignore my messages. I finally got his Managers number. But it went from bad to worst. 3 weeks later my furniture arrived with no explination or apology. Then all of a sudden my new Invoice was R11000.00 before they offload. I had to pay the balance immediately. They then started off loading. The next day i started unpacking and noticed that there were a lot of items damaged and lots of items missing. I informed Caleb of this and he said he will get back to me. Again i had to follow up about 10 times to get an answer. He then told me they located 3 of my missing items and will have them delivered. But no word on the other missing items. I requested the documents to claim from the their insurance because i had R250 000.00 insurance as per my quote. But I got ignored again. I have sent messages and have called numerous times and i get gnored. I have more the R30 000.00 worh of damages and missing items and they feel absolutely nothing for their customers. Stay away from this company and use a proper company to have your items delivered
