Complaint

I recently moved from Hartbee****rt-dam to Aberdeen. What a disaster. A 3 day move turn out to 10days.on arrival this morning al my goods was damaged very badly. I can not use anything. Apparently the truck was in a accident ont the 5/6 June at midnight. And the is why everything is broken. I struggled every day to get hold of the manager Caleb who did not answer his phone. When I phoned him this morning after the driver told me what happened he advices that I must now wait for the insurance to pay out
