Avoid them like the plague

Items lost: they lost a couple of my items and made no effort to contact me to resolve the issue.

Poor communication: you must contact them to receive any updates. They were late for collection, and didn't inform me when they would arrive. I had to contact them to find out what was the cause of the delay was. When I did contact them, their liaison wasn't even aware that the truck was late.

Poor customer service: they referred my case to the company manager after I requested such, yet the manager is yet to contact me, and does not respond to my communication.

Overall, one star is a star too many.
