Avery unreliable and careless removal company

EFI Removals were supposed to pick up at 2pm on a Friday afternoon and deliver at 10am on the Saturday morning. They only arrived at 7pm on the Friday evening, and then only delivered at 4pm on the Sunday afternoon (two days late). Both delays were apparently due to their trucks breaking down. I paid quite a bit extra to have my belongings transported as a sole load. However, both at pick-up and delivery, there was someone else's load on the truck. A lot of my possessions were damaged during off-loading, when their staff were tired and in a hurry. My TV unit was chipped through the bubble wrap, and my oregon pine desk was broken by forcing it through a door. I watched the one person who was offloading from inside the truck drop a bubble wrapped wooden ornament onto the ground. A lot of my belongings are now chipped and sc****d. My consumable cleaning materials, which I had put in a bucket, also disappeared during the move. Hopefully, my review will save someone else from having an awful experience like mine.
