Absolutely irresponsible and unprofessional

I moved from Zeerust to Durban with 15 boxes Several were missing The lady Kim was so rude about it and unhelpful In fact they were so unprofessional about payment she first asked for a specific proof of payment then didn’t submit to admin , movers came demanding it and she tells me to send the proof to someone else

The run around was crazy And they lost my expensive merch They promised blankets to cover the boxes and that was also not done Till date they refuse to answer where my items have gone
