Sad!!

I kept getting SMS's to say that my bank account was in arrears and that they will be taking legal action, due to the fact that they cannot get hold of me. They give a contact number which you can call or alternatively an email address where they can be contacted. The email kept coming back with an undelivered status due to an error, well how can you resolve an issue if their email address does not work. After numerous attempts to contact them on their phone number, holding on for in excess of 20 minutes I finally was able to speak to someone. It turns out that my telephone number was somehow linked to someone else's account and that is why I kept getting these snotty SMS's. All I can say is get you admin up to date!!!!!! Disgraceful!!!!!!
