Just no humanity
This is why you guys do not get any response form your clients you are horribly horribly horribly rude rude why can I not rather deal wit Nedbank directly. Rude awfully rude spoil my entire weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Horribly not humanity for someone that just lost a brother and have financial difficulty because my husband is not bringing in a salary, and we are struggling since covid. Your team is horrible. I deal with a lot of debt collectors, and they are so friendly and understanding I will escalate this to Nedbank and putting your name on Hello Peter right now if you are the one phoning me Bereng.
If you do not escalate this mail to Management I will!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We have a lot of clients so I pick up the phone even when I try to explain I will lose my job and then I cannot pay anything you just talk right over me.
