EFG Attorneys - shocking service

Shocking, *********** service!!!! Firstly, I am still waiting for a statement from them (I have requested the more than 3 times) confirming how they derived at the amount of R29,000 that was handed over to EFG Attorneys

Secondly, I have already advised EFG Attorneys that I do not have the funds to meet either one of their proposed payment arrangements and yet they keep sending me threatening emails and SMSs

Thirdly, I am still awaiting feedback (this goes back to September 2022) as to the way forward as I am only in a position to contribute R200 per month at this stage

Fourthly, they keep mentioning that I am at risk of being handed over and that this could affect my credit score and ability to obtain credit - THIS HAS ALREADY HAPPENED as had I not tried to apply for vehicle finance for my son, I would never have even known about this debt sitting with EFG Attorneys! Not knowing about this historical debt, I offered to pay a settlement of R8500 which they outright refused.

Unhelpful, unfriendly, *********** and rude! And I am still getting nowhere which has now delayed the process of getting vehicle finance for my son at university even more!
