Terrible service. I wish I never came across these people. They overcharged my delivery not the agreed price-refusing to offload if I didn’t pay ! My antique arm chair and TV cabinet was damaged- didn’t care. My bag with my collection of cloud/superga sneakers were also ******- over R20000 gone. My kitchen supplies was also missing. No one cared and Edmund the owner didn’t care. Atrocious service. Do not use these people.

As per our conversation earlier, we are doing internal investigations and we will be updating you on the developments. We have suspended the team as of this afternoon. We are really sorry and very disappointed. We will discuss with you recovery and compensation once the investigations have been finalised. We hope by Friday this issue would have been resolved. We are so sorry for the inconvenience this has caused you. Regarding charges, we had initially quoted you for a 4ton truck (R24000) and we had to upgrade to an 8ton because your furniture couldn't fit. Since 8ton consumes more fuel we had to put the price up as we discussed prior to the move. We then made provision for you to pay R30000 now and pay R4950 later. That is why we sent you the invoice with the full amount. Unfortunately the invoice was not queried and you went ahead and paid the initial amount as agreed. We understood that you were happy with the amount. We are sorry for the misunderstanding.
