Efficient Financial Services T/A Legatrust

Efficient Wealth is a very unprofessional service provider which I feel should not operate any longer. My mother passed away on 24 Nov 2021 to date they are unable to give me an update or refer my emails and telephone calls to new employees like why even do your people resign? At one point I spoke to the Excutor (Which I believe is from @Legatrust) who was so rude and couldn't even explain why this is taking so long. Next, I will send my complaint email to feca (whom this executor is registered)

I feel like when you've lost a loved one these people who our loved ones entrusted should make this process so smooth for us.

I am utterly disgusted by the service I received and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
