Worst service ever

Worst ever service. I have placed and paid your order my order online on the 29 th of December. I have reviewed the two items on there website and it showed stock available.

I received a phone call from a so called Gerhard (don't now the title of this person) 29th that they don't have stock. This was a surprise to me as there website showed stock and that was the reason that I have placed the order. I have excepted the promise made that delivery will be done during the first week of January and explained that I understand and that I also run a business who every I don't sells stock I don't have. After many what sup messages and promises I am now informed that they don't have stock and order are placed with there suppliers. I was promised delivery yesterday 13 January 2021 and it was a no show. the so called Gerhard informed me of the terms and conditions of there website and also schooled me on the his business practice that is a very scary practice and that I find misleading. I have requested a refund via email as well as watts up and are being ignored by this company. I have **** alternative arrangements with another compony to install these items. I request a immediate refund please.
