unhappy customer

So I saw the bonnet guard add and was impressed with it. while on the site I saw the windshields for the doors as well and thus also ordered it. This was done and paid for on 11/12/2023. Last week I was informed that they can not make the bonnet guard and would refund it. I sent my details and have still not received the refund. The windshields have also still not arrived and now I am no longer getting any feedback from them. It is so disappointing as I was very excited about my purchase.
