Terrible service

Received damages and unbranded goods. No customer service, was ignored for all queries. Also was given the wrong item and no refund has been made because there were claims that the pacakagaging is open and apparently damaged however it’s was in the same condition returned as received. Quality of items is not up to standard. Spent 7k of that 7k one of the items on as worth 1.3k which I need a refund as the item is not the correct item as per my purchase order however the business refuses to pay me back my money for a fault on their side
