No idea about time and clients having to wait!

I seriously can not believe the service that Efficient Express is offering! Ordered a Roll-bar from them weeks ago, eventually they let me know when they had received it and that the vehicle should go in so that they could fit it. Then they apparently had the wrong one (even though pictures were sent to them) We then went through a week later to have it fitted which is today the 14/12/2023 and was told to be there (Pretoria) and we're in Joburg. So I sent one of my drivers as he had been there before. I was then called by him that he arrived at 08h30 and by 12h00 they had not even started working on the vehicle. Really, this is shocking and I will never make use or buy their products again!
