Lots of Excuses - Poor Quality products
Received the product in time, but the quality of the product is questionable. Fitted the bonnet deflector on the vehicle and two weeks later the first drive on the high way and two of the three plastic bolts broke off, and two others were stripped. Called the number on the website and a very rude, unhelpful person first asked if a reputable company fitted the product. Lots of excuses not to have the defective parts replaced. Asked to send photos and pay for replacement parts. Will pay more else where for quality products and proper after service.

01 Mar 2022, 13:36Good day, we spoke to client at 11:30 this morning. Client complaint is about *****s on bonnet that are stripped and caused the bonnet guard to come loose on highway. The client did the installation himself, thus the *****s were stripped when he fitted it. As explained to client we cannot be held responsible for this, but we were willing to assist with new *****s and brackets that will be for his own cost. Client was requested to send an email with photos so that we can order replacement *****s and brackets, but we have not received and email, but a compliant instead.

01 Mar 2022, 13:55Response from Efficient Express is incorrect and testimony to what was the original complaint with regard to arrogant attitude of supplier. *****s were not stripped when fitting. The bonnet protector was on the vehicle for two weeks with no issues. When at highway speeds, the plastic bolts could not support the forces of the wind and stripped, thus coming loose. If the supplier listened more, rather than making excuses, they will have found that if the product was damaged on installation, it would not have stayed on the vehicle for two weeks. Supplier is correct, I was spoken TO and not WITH. Not prepared to engage further with the supplier for something that will eventually cost more money than purchasing a quality product from somewhere else.
