I'll buy from them again...

About a month ago I was about to order a costly amount of goods from Efficient Express, so my wife asked me to do my due diligence and at least go and visit them to check if they're legit. So I did. I met with Gerhard and he showed me their small showroom. All seemed legit, and I was just about to place the order when my wife said that she saw a few complaints on Hello Peter, so she asked me to hold off on the order. We just happened to have business in the area the next day, and she would like to go and meet with Gerhard also, which we then did. We discussed the Hello Peter complaints with him, and he had pretty valid arguments in explaining... I.e. If you order the wrong part, then return it damaged, how can you expect a refund or free replacement/exchange? Meeting with someone is no guarantee that nothing would go wrong, but we both got the feeling that we could trust Gerhard after meeting him, so we placed the order. And we were not disappointed. One or two items took a bit (few days) longer that expected, & one of the wheel arches was broken, but that was promptly replaced. In South Africa, you unfortunately have very little control over how goods are handled during delivery... Gerhard even arranged a good price at a fitment center to fit the items to my vehicle. So, as far as we're concerned, we'll happily do business with them again.
