Extremely poor service

On December 4, 2023, I made an online payment to Efficient Express. Parcel received December 8, 2023, 4 x black wide wheel arches fender flares Toyota Hilux Vigo. The first problem was that one of the wheel arches was damaged by the courier services. The second problem was that there were not enough bolts and nuts in the package as well. I immediately called Gerhard Rossouw at Efficient Express and notified him of the package I received and the condition of it. He told me not to worry about that; he would get a replacement set from his supplier. Two days later, I had to pay a courier out of my pocket to return the package to Efficient Express. Gerhard received the returned package on Friday, December 15, 2023, Since then, I haven't received any items and have made a written request to Efficient Express for a fully refund. The communication from Efficient Express is extremely poor. I, as a customer, have to contact them myself; apparently, they are too busy and can't act immediately. Up to now, I didn't received any refund. That's why I decided to contact a lawyer and take them on.
