Empty promises - worst service of my lifetime

I bought a roller lid for an Isuzu and after a month of waiting and receiving empty promises asked for a refund and received no response from gerhad. I was then offered a secure lid for a ford ranger which does not properly fit and again I asked a refund and I was told the store does not do refunds.
