Communication is extremely bad

More like inefficient delay

I got the number from a friend. Whatsapped on monday to ask if they have a stainless steel braai for me. I was told yes, they just need to fit the wheels. He shared address. Next day i asked if the wheels came, no response. Finally phoned him the friday. He said he is an online shop and i should have ordered online, then my braai would have been ready. I explained that I have been talking to him on whatsapp for a week and this has never been mentioned. He said then he will have the wheels fitted the saturday morning and will let me know. Its saturday now, been ignoring my whatsapps. I am now getting my braai elsewhere.
