Bad Experience and Feeling ****med

On the 10th of June 2024 , I visited their shop to fit items I bought online and the service was satisfactory but then I made the mistake of asking for a quote for a rear bumper for a Ford Ranger and asked if I can get it for the first week of July and was told it will take 7 to 10 working days after payment was received. Eddie emailed the Invoice number 1330 which included an installation fee. I paid it in full (R7849.00) on the 1st of July 2024. Proof of payment was emailed and questions asked but no feedback.

After the 10 days expired we had to call Eddie and Gerhard for feedback. Needless to say many promises were made and not kept. The supplier was getting all the blame if you were so lucky to get hold of them because any call back promises were not kept.

Needless to say we still have no bumper or refund a month after making the payment. I feel like this is a **** and maybe should treat it like this.
