WARNING

In January 2020 we accepted a quote from Efficient Air in Brackenfell for the installation of 4 aircon split units and paid our deposit of 80%. After 3 of the units were installed still in January the finalization and communication became a problem. With a lot of excuses and false promises they made it into the lockdown. After businesses started again in September we had to find out that Efficient Air never paid the supplier Jet Air for the 4th unit and had no intention/funds to do it now. After we contacted the supplier Jet Air, we all agreed that we pay for this unit directly to the supplier in order to get the installation finalized which was done shortly after. All attempts to get a final and detailed invoice for the job and a proposal how to pay back the over 10'Rand overpayment ended unsuccessful. Requests to confirm warranty for all units (no invoice!!) are not answered either. We tried to involve the supplier Jet Air but no interest from their side to talk to their business partner. As we don't think that these two companies will change their business attitude we are not expecting any positive outcome any more. Leaves us with a WARNING to all potential new clients to be extremely cautious working with EFFICIENT AIR or JET AIR.
