Effective Solar Trading's utter poor performance

Effective Solar Trading quoted to install a inverter and battery to mitigate load shedding and 80% deposit was paid on 22 Nov 23. After more than a month the inverter and battery was installed but the inverter was blown at the first loadshedding period. I paid in full for the repair of the inverter which was also blown at the first next loadshedding. Following some words of ineffectiveness , Effective Solar Trading decided on 22 Feb 24 (3 months later!) to withdraw and left me with a disfunctional system of which at least 80% was paid. They would also also not return the blown up inverter.
