Effective Fitness is great!
I started training with Zandro a little over a month ago and already I feel completely transformed. I'm stronger, fitter, more toned and feel healthy for the first time in a long time. Zandro is also a super nice guy, 100% professional at all times and very accommodating of my busy schedule - and he is affordable. If you want to go from flab to fab, Zandro is the trainer for you!
