Henrico came and installed a faulty/second hand unit, but the company invoiced me for a brand new unit.<br /> <br /> For 2 years I have had numerous complaints regarding the unit and truly struggled to get service from Effective Worx. My air conditioning has now been switched off, seeing that is it not working and the company has no intention to rectify the problem.<br /> They have been handed over to the Consumer House, but that didn’t scar them at all.
