Dont buy Efergy products

I bought an Efergy Logger from Voltex and there is no person from Efergy to help me. Volrex really tried to help me but Efergy is super useless. You can email them and there is no feedback at all. I tried all the email adresses on the internet and they just ignore me. There is no person in the whole South Africa to talk to from Efergy. Please dont buy or sell any of their items there is NO HELP available from them
