Efekto - Poor product with no support

<p>I always regarded Efekto as having reputable and quality products and therefore expected the same of the Company itself until I started fighting mole-crickets. Firstly, having spend "thousands of Rand" on "Zero Mole-Crickets" and supossedly their latest product "Plant Protector", besides not really being effective at a huge cost, the application instructions are ambigous - e.g. irrigate sufficiently within 24hrs - what does this mean? Secondly, when u contact them on their website, they commit to a three day response to queries - have now attampted three times with no response after about 6 weeks - don't buy this garbage as it doesn't work nor will they support you - you may as well use coloured dishwater for better results</p>
