DISGUSTING SERVICE AND ATTITUDE!!!

EFC (ELECTRONIC FITMENT CENTRE -HATFIELD) STAY AWAY!!!! Owner is dishonest and rude!!!! Fitted a non effective aircon, Broke the vents of a brand new vehicle, damaged the steering wheel. We found the invoice left in the engine. Dirty and damaged. Really... **** about the whereabouts of the vehicle when it was taken in for repairs. Said it was in JHB at the supplier of the aircon. The supplier confirmed otherwise. Owner yelled at us over the phone and dropped the call in our ear. Not willing to speak to us further. Obviously not reading our mails, because if there was a response it was all about him!!! We took the vehicle back many times. The first excuse was there is no gas in it. IN A BRAND NEW AIRCON... What a horrible experience!!! Bad service, BAD ATTITUDES! Client does not count. BELIEVE ME!!!
