****** Vampires will ***** out your deposit

My wife & I rented a flat from EBF properties 28 Fiskaal str Glen Marais & they garanteed us we will get our rent and electricity upon our departure as we didn't have a fixed term contract. But through out the whole stay it was nothing short of horrific service. They never paid our lights deposit to the body corporate. So they kept switching off our lights at any given time even though we paid for rent & electricity since they always have fights between them and body corporates. We paid electricity but had to stay in a dark flat using candles. The terrible service they gave us forced us to move out, but four months went by and thry are still refusing to pay our deposit and ignoring our calls and email. They are *****'s. Don't rent or buy a property with EFB properties. You will leave to regred it. But our God & lawyers will deal with them accordingly!
