He is quick to act when funds are coming his way, however when it comes to ending a project he absconds and blatantly ignore all correspondence. He was paid 95% of the project and only completed 70% of the contract. He claimed massive amounts for some extras he cannot prove or provide invoices for till today. Used and damaged my garden tools for his project. His workers asking me to use my phone to call him. Whenever he leaves the site, very little gets done. Never left the site clean or safe as per the contract. Only on a Friday when they leave at 13h00 and many requests to clean their empty energy drink cans, chips packets and cigarette boxes its was picked up to a certain extent. Had to plea with him to pick up *****s, nails and other sharp objects just left on the ground. He still owes large amounts to sub-contractors. What makes it even worse, is that the new builder and contractors state that most of the current installations and workmanship is way below standard and not even legal. You always think it will never happen to you - big surprise!</div>
