Poor a services

I am beyond frustrated, disappointed and disgusted with the absolute incompetence of your process. As requested we paid a deposit which was very quick of you to ask but when it came to delivering services you failed in doing that we paid mid-September we nearly at the end October and still the job is not done. My husband and myself called multiple times but there is just no answer. My husband and myself called multiple times but there is just no answer. The salesman contacted my husband two weeks ago stating you he would come on the following Monday. Two weeks later and no one has come to our residence or even make contact with us when sending messages on WhatsApp we simply do not get an answer either. Each time we tried call all we get is voice mail, trued sending emails as well but no response too. The communication barrier is soo disgusting , there just no communication it's like you being ignored. I would like my money back because you didn't finish the job at all it's excuse after excuses always something with the suppliers but not professional enough to take accountability for theor own faults always blaming it on the next. Nothing about this experience was “Eezy”. It has been nothing but disappointment, unprofessional and unacceptable.
