Breach of contract

On the 13th Dec 2015 I hired a car through Paul Rooy at Eezy car hire, he promised the vehicle would be delivered to me on the 15th Dec 2015 late afternoon as he would receive the vehicle between 11:00 am and 12:pm that day. I had to pay R550 deposit into his bank account which I did with a balance of R2750.00 on delivery of vehicle. On the day of delivery around 16:00 he calls me telling me that a customer has not returned the vehicle so he cannot provide me with a vehicle, when I started asking questions and begging if there wasn't anything he could do he started swearing at me that is when I requested him via sms to then give me my refund of R550 if he could'nt provide me with the vehicle. He promised to refund it as soon as possible but up until today he has not done so and is now not answering his phone.
