Bad Service from Paul Rooy Eezy Car Hire

I booked a car through Eezy Car Hire and communicated with Paul Rooy, he told me that they had a car that will be available on the 30th and he asked that I paid a deposit of R550 to book the car and thereafter I would have to pay the balance of R2285 on delivery of the vehicle. On the 29th I send him an sms with my residential address. On the day that he was supposed to deliver the car he had many excuses telling me the person didn't return the car etc etc, the last time I spoke with him was when he told me he was at a police station he will get back to me. I then sent him an sms with my banking details because it was obvious that I wasn't gonna get the vehicle. Haven't heard from him eversince
