Bad service with excuses to refund

I ordered a spare part for my mini cooper gave them VIN number and everything they needed. Had pay courier charges on delivery but when I got the part it was wrong. I contacted the company they told me will only refund me on receipt of part. I send it back for the company to carry courier cost but they refuse to pay the courier and to refund me. My car is still not fixed with much more expenses than anticipated. BEWARE THEY NOT TO BE TRUSTED......EEZY Auto Spares & Salvage
