I had to move my furniture into storage during a very busy time at work, which included travel. Nilla Persi from Eezispace took it upon herself to ease the pressures and stresses of the situation. In email and phone interactions, she expertly made arrangements with me. Throughout I felt I was dealing with a storage expert who understands the modern ways of doing business BUT above all, a Manager sympathetic to customers as humans. While I was stuck in meetings Nilla and her team received my furniture, checked it in, and locked the storage. She reminded me that I can come pick up the keys to the storage unit and have unlimited access, in case I want to take something out. The same understanding and professionalism was extended to me when I took the furniture out to move into a new home. I will always hold Nilla and her team in high regard.
