Bad experience

The service is absolutely a disgrace. Shaun contacted my mother and everything was done over the phone without her signing anything.

They did not include all her debt at all. After I assisted my mother, I was contacted by a gentleman named James. He promised that the overpayment of the small 3 loans will be refunded immediately. But they do not answer their phones at all and ghosted my mother.

The customer service is non existent and poor.

It was so bad that another debt review company had to intervene at take over my mothers debt review.
