Bad Debt Review from Eezie Financial Solutions

My name is Clinton Fredericks. ID nr *** I have requested assistance with a Debt Review Company by the name of Eezie Financial Services. I made this arrangement with the above Debt Review Company in November 2024 but I only started paying the company in December 2024. I made 2 payments to Eezie Financial Services, but I have requested Eezie Financial Services to give me a distribution statement due to the fact that Nedbank MFC has informed me that I am in arrears to the amount of R17000 in March when I enquired about this at Nedbank on the 27th of March. I do not want to lose my car since the Debt Review Company has not made proper arrangements with my Creditors and did not explain the proper process to me when giving me the option to go under Debt Review.
