Eezi Quartz - "Macadamia" - South Coast Granite - South Coast - KZN

I Installed Eezi Quartz - Macadamia in my house on the Natal South Coast , via South Coast Granite in May 2017. According to them the product came with a 15 year warrantee. They never gave this to us in writing . BIG MISTAKE FROM MY SIDE. Subsequently, 5 years down the line the product has discolored, and has turned from White to almost custard yellow. I followed this up with South Coast Granite, but unfortunately was told that they only install the product, and therefore referred me directly to their supplier - Interslab (Eezi Quartz). They have changed the warrantee - terms and conditions to read that no product installed before 01June 2017 will no longer be covered under their warrantee. ******** - DELUX. They also blame environmental conditions and the use of the wrong cleaning products. Came to the house 3 times to inspect. I would definitely not recommend this product, or the 2 companies involved selling the ****. Do not use any kitchen company that belongs to the KSA. They are not interested in the customer. The KSA is there to protect their members.
